You should look at both options personal & commercial.

When did buyer's agents start training on  buying "off market" without agents, subject to, wraps, seller financing, lease options, land contracts, fix & flips, rentals, taxes, asset protection, etc, etc, etc.

For investors, real estate provides a plethora of options, and there are several routes you may follow to reach your objectives.

We should all be using Option B or C.
