Everyone in my group that I am in contact with also works very well together sending each other tenants and just feeding each other general information.

So since you admit you don’t know that stuff…instead of having someone like myself spoon feed it to you….do yourself a favor and instead of spending $5K on a REI course, get your real estate associate license.

@Erik Stark long time fan I'm working on applying this way of thinking ie: dissiminating information to probate attorneys directly not the conventional going to the aire's method getting excellent feed back just think my brochure could be better.

I tend to feed on positive people around me and I have seen a few posts claiming that out of area or out of state investors are not going to be successful.

My buyers say I bring them good deals and they really want me to keep feeding them.

Even though they are not supposed to be biased, I have to think they might work a little harder for the bank who feeds them several properties a month vs me who has never bought anything and is not coming to them every month with offers.. yet :) Like you said it might not hurt to call them and ask what they have that needs to move and then bring it to my Realtor after if I am not getting the warm and fuzzies.
