Past mistakes, things not to do, what not to forget, client interactions. 

I shook my head and let it go.I thought that interaction was a perfect example of the Mindset difference between doers and excuse makers that the successful guest on the BP podcast often talk about.

There are many factors to consider and it's different for every individual but here was my rationale:Do you know people you can trust in the investment city or foster a team there?

If you have the time to manage your units, and have the social acumen to foster and maintain a professional relationship, it’s my opinion that can yield you optimal results when handled properly.

The other Greek, Aristotle, may not get out to the jobsite as often, but, nonetheless, his teachings are evident in many interactions in our lives.
