Can I do this in my life insurance policy.

Renting seems like less risk in the event that something should change policy wise, but I don't have a ton of knowledge in that area. 

Both insurance and water company has made the mistake.... even to the point where something came up about how parking garage is not allowed in residential neighborhood. 

So my mortgage payment is $1400, HOA $575, insurance  $60, property tax $ 479 and auto loan $276.

We were able to secure this house for 78k, mortgage with taxes and insurance is going to be $432 and will be bringing in $1125 a month. 

I'm just the property manager and when I give someone a late fee or the boot, I'm just following company policy :)

I am surprised but people in SF Bay Area are still buying properties over $2M as if they don’t care about $30-$35K of property insurance plus the interest on the debt over $750K.

That $2400/mo has to cover PITI (Dont know taxes or insurance in your area) with 20% down, and that would give me my maximum price for that property.

I currently own a 4-unit multi-family with a "no pet" policy.
