doea anyone know of an inexpensive real estate school in NYC?

Call it 650 for now, thats 7800 a year.7800+9337= 17137 divide it by 12 and you get 1428So thats 1428 per month in expenses, and 2425 in income making it 997 per month if everything is awesome.

Michael Thompson Great question, property taxes in SC are very inexpensive.

So say, John the individual made $100k this year, but had $80k in expenses, his tax bracket is still that of someone who made $100k.

It is inexpensive and easy to file in Ohio so it was a no brainer at the time and now that I have a few properties its makes life easy already having something set up.

The bleach works excellent and is inexpensive.
