I have already used mysmartmove on another applicant and was impressed with what I received and the ease of the process.

First off, IMO, it's deceiving to call themselves "private lending" they are not a private lender they are a hard money lender, a finance company, playing on words to give another impression. 

It will also benefit you to pay for professional photos as that's usually your first impression on other agents and potential buyers.
