There are now two households hosting families and they are expecting to grow

Vacation rentals have been growing at a rapid pace in Puerto Rico with currently some 10,000 units being offered in sites such as Airbnb. 

About 2.5 years ago I decided to try Fund & Grow after doing my due diligence (which included contacting my Attorney, online research and talking to former/current members). 

Up to now, I've managed my own repairs and maintenance, but see this is not sustainable as I grow my unit base.  

Starting out, you'll make a lot of mistakes... and you will learn TONS from them and grow with every deal!

I keep everything in the account and allow it to grow for the next investment or property improvements.

I plan on buying multi-family homes in the future as I grow with experience.

We'll all grow together right? 

And perhaps somebody can jump in to verify but I believe everything I've earned from Fundrise is taxed at the ordinary income tax rate whereas I'm showing massive paper losses on my passive investment due to accelerated depreciation.

That being said my list of distressed properties has been growing and I was wondering if anyone had any valuable info on good skip tracing habits, companies, skip tracing on a budget, etc.
