Hi everyone! My name is Josh Sanchez from Los Angeles. I have always been interested in Real Estate but I joined the Marine Corps right out of high school so I couldn't become a Real Estate Agent for those 4 years. I am now out of the service and back into the civilian sector. I have been reading many books on being an agent as well as being an investor and one of those led me to this website. I have money set aside for a downpayment on a rental property I would like to buy in Puerto Rico (home) to start off small. This would be my first property. I plan on buying multi-family homes in the future as I grow with experience. If anyone on here would be willing to share some knowledge with  this noobie I would greatly appreciate it.
