Hello BP Family,This is my first post on BP and am excited to begin networking and learning from you all. 

We have between $1,200-$2,500 in inspections, appraisals, and travel expenses into the property.We found out today that the loan officer and the contractor are married and that is why they were giving us a hard time about going to a different reasonable contractor.Is there anything I can do to get my money back?

I am excited to learn more about the industry while increasing my professional success and my family's financial stability.

Sellers will not be excited about FHA financing as it takes much longer, and in some states, requires an FHA appraisal that is very stringent and will run with the property in perpetuity.Are you considering FHA because you don't have the cash for conventional?

I was told by the inspector that I should clean out the vent periodically because the lint can't travel all the way to the roof and will fall back down and collect inside the vent.
