1) I wonder if a cash out refi on my condo is my best option to free up more of my own cash, and if i get that cash, whether to use it to pay off my 4 unit building or buy another property. 2)  I don't know how to structure a private money deal and it is keeping me from moving forward with the private money option.I've enjoyed all the info. and wealth of information that people take time to share.

Then when you come for vacation enjoy a nice hotel and you can write off the cost of the hotel as a business expense since you are checking out your investment :)
