If you need it higher than that install a small piece of cement board under the sill.

The very  important distinction is my opinion is whether someone implies they are on the same side in the negotiation vs opposite sides of the negotiation. 

Think headphones, shoes, jewelry, make up, hair styles,etc. as the statement piece versus the pants, shirt,etc.The clothing space is over saturated currently.When I develop or my clients buy retail centers we focus on destination type tenants.

Here again, it's normally country banks sitting on a lot of money that they don't need right away.Looks like the common thread here is looking for folks selling that don't need the money, or banks with too much money laying around, they are happy taking a piece of paper from you, i.e. the mortgage note.
