There is indication that there may have been water damage below the area he inhabits and I fear the worst for them if you catch my drift...How would an experienced landlord handle this situation and what landlord/tenant issues would come into play based on the health conditions of both the tenant in question and, presumably, the health repercussions of those in other units?

Section of drain pipe poorly connected into opening into older drain pipe - this is health hazard so need to rectify back entry steps need to be repaired or replacedroof drainage - Have the roof drainage system cleaned and maintained on a regular basis by a qualified gutter maintenance company, do I need flood insurance?

If by healthy you mean personal health, we are getting a Fresh Market and a new Kroger Marketplace, along with having a couple great local places like Hendersonville Produce and the farmer's market during the summer - people are wanting more and more healthier options here so it is slowly but surely happening in Hendersonville.

I'm going to be looking a few miles out of Century City for these multiplexes, my fiance and I currently work long hours so it does mean more to us than the average couple to stay close to the city for health/lifestyle reasons, but you are right - looking a few miles out is DEFINITELY worthwhile.
