What does this group recommend for a single tenant CRE (occupied since 1983 - not sure if by same medical facility/need to confirm )- that is a medical facility 2 years left on the lease. numbers look good, but I want to get thoughts on if a single tenant CRE is riskier than going for a strip mall with multiple tenants

@Brya Freeland - Legal advice should come from the attorney that you are working with and be should be confirmed by your accountant so that meshes with what they are trying to do.

With properties sitting vacant in those good areas I can look at it and most times spot the issue (bad sightlines, bad access, bad building design, bad parcel layout, stuck behind other buildings, etc.)
