Traveling to another country and posting on BiggerPockets sounds like something I would do.

Have you tried looking into importing from the countries that actually make the clothes?

Might want to check your country's or local law or website to see if it is mentioned.

I was wondering if anybody would interested in joining a Bigger Pockets meetup group here in the Central Valley -  Specifically Fresno - I am surprised to see that there are very so few Bigger Pockets meetup groups around the country and would really like to start one locally up so we can get some like minded thinkers under the same roof at the same time.  

That way, if somebody mails a letter from across the country to 106 Oak Street, they "know" it's a bad address right away, and can return it to the sender after it first gets scanned, usually close to where it was mailed. 

One other positive is the proximity to one of the largest urban parks in the country, Shelby Farms Park.  

All that to say, there is a **lot** of money coming in from outside the country buying up real estate in the west.

I've been buying through out the Country and this is by far the most tight.

America is a rich country but most Americans are not rich.

The Omaha area has a lot of potential and the downside has been less intrusive than most other areas of the country during recessions.
