I just love the color of the walls. 

I went to some of the local places that rehabbers use, but really didn't like the colors (yucky orange "stain") nor the quality.  

Superpaint and/or Duration are good unless you need something to fill in cracks, then you can move into something more commercial-grade, like an elastomeric, block filler or even epoxy if that is the look you want but, careful, the thicker and more commercial the product, the tougher it is to get off if needed in the future and anything not water based, be prepared to toss out or clean with a chemical and not ever use it for a water based product again.  

It all depends on the color of the roof.

I switch up everything (i.e. the color of the envelop, the size of the envelop, the color of the letter, what the letter says).

That's your absolute max price, but that will be colored by your risk tolerance and your realistic evaluation of your ability to orchestrate a turn around.
