Always keep an eye of leads/conversions as that'll give you a frame work to eliminate or down bid on keywords that aren't bringing in the relevant traffic/leads to maximize your ROI.

I have RealtyTrak and I've seen some larger commercial properties I thought might have residential conversion opportunities in that area, but that was more of a passing fantasy, something like that is too large of a project for me right now (in terms of both time and capital).

@William Walker The conversation has definitely deterred a bit, but that's okay as I'm learning why people see the value in their PMs so much.Ultimately, I would be much happier to pay a $500 tenant placement fee than I would pay half months rent when the rent is $1000.
