And, we actually never had anyone want a reasonable accommodation to have a companion animal.  

Is there any water infiltration anywhere or insects/animals living in it.Are you looking at $100,000 in repairs and up keep over the next couple of years or has the house been well maintained and up dated as needed.

It can definitely be a double edged sword of letting animals into the property and also making sure the owners investment is protected.

Not because I handled the bricks but because I "damaged" your animal.

Be there very early to watch and see if they remove a animal.

@Mags S.Have you noticed any characteristics about applicants that indicate they will be either good or bad?

You can report vandalism, vacant properties, drug dealing, potholes, broken streetlights, derelict vehicles, nuisance properties, loose animals, overflow of trash, etc.

Only after the tenant fled the state was it discovered the extent of trapped animal damage (horrific to say the least). 

Animals outside your property is not your responiblity but if they are nesting under your house then you should take care of it Make sure that the tenants are not leaving out cat food and are securing their trash.
