If you're looking to entertain section 8 there's a process to it and the first step would be attending classes and getting certified with section 8 in your city. 

I mailed my 30-day notice certified mail on 12/1/2022 for an increase on 1/1/2023.The tenant is protesting that the mail was received on 12/5/2022 and therefore rent increase must be prorated.

If seller gave credit on HUD 1 and new owner wants electronic payment for following month after that then if in process and not finished set up yet the tenant can mail them a certified check to cash or depsoit at the new owners bank. 

We will accept money order or certified check.

I'm wondering if there are any RV park experts out there who know whether or not that asset class benefits from the same accelerated schedule.Thanks,Anthony
