The form can require a signature and identifying/licensing information and place of business of the medical professional or social worker that completes it; and you can require that it be provided by a "reliable source" (internet certificates, out of state professionals (unless prospect has relocated, but has personally been seen within one year) or similar legitimate, verifiable sources.

But now we have certification from the state inspector and laboratory that the tank has been removed and the soil is OK.

The online auctions are extremely competitive now as you don't know how many (# of or $ value) certificates you've won until the end of the bidding window when they are all settled and last year they didn't send those emails for 15-20+ minutes. 

While you do that, ask for your  certificate of eligibility.  

These loan officers and compliance people are just checking s box and if they see your name somewhere on the certificate they will pass it off.  

hmm; In Calif, one holding only the Agent certificate must be attached to a BROKER.In that case, using the MLS behind the broker's back is a conflict of interest and can lead to a revocation of your license.

Also,  what certification would that company need so as not to run into a problem regarding lead paint?
