My brother in law who is also one of our investor relationship managers lives in Tel Aviv.

Based on my calculations if you sold for $295k you would have proceeds of about $277k so you and your brother would have roughly $10k each.

Hopefully Trump will find a way to cancel Dodd-Frank and remove the CFPB and we can call get back to regular contracts again without having to look over our shoulder for Big Brother.

I met my GFs brother recently and he was interested in real estate, investing, and getting a "good deal".

My brothers and I have purchased a few properties in Arizona and I am looking to make another move.
