Hi @Nam Trang, here are some general thoughts on single family vs plexes (duplexes, triplexes, and fourplexes).Single family:"Normal living" according to a broad base of tenant, therefore it's considered the standard (and more desireable) living situation for most home-buyers and tenants alike.Most likely to have options on the backend of the investment. 

This seems like a pretty broad expansion of federal power based on a vague read of the Constitution, so I don't know that it will survive appellate scrutiny.
