This will be a major factor in deciding which flag to go with.Marriott and Hilton are the darlings of institutional capital and are easier to finance but they are expensive in terms of franchise fees, royalties etc.

I'm from Slovakia and live in Czech Republic (Prague is the Capital)I decided that I want to make real estate business big because it is a beautiful business that brings value to all parties.

People speak bad of the area but its quick access to the outdoors and a beautiful countryside.

Yes taxes are egregious thats for sure but when factored into the proformas, deals still pencil out consistently with ludarcis numbers.

Make sure you take all of these factors into consideration.  

Again though, your market is going to be the determining factor here, and probably even more of a micro-market even. 

@Tom KellerI can speak to what I know which is Multifamily.The beauty of Multifamily syndication, which is a turnkey model for the Equity partner/s, is the team aspect of it.A syndication team allows you (Active or Passive) to work in your field and continue to make $ while the team of operators run the asset/business.
