The last thing you want to do is get under contract with a bank owned house, then waste two weeks trying to find a contractor and then end up with a bad one that's hard to work with.

I have had really bad luck with accounting services and I am looking for an experienced accountant that is familiar with real estate and who also works with legal so I can mesh accounting and asset protection. 

It requires a high degree of specialized knowledge to accurately estimate value and repairs, and if you get any of it wrong you will instantly get a bad name with the flippers you're trying to wholesale to.

@Nathan G. thanks. last night we deep cleaned the apt and management stated they would be coming to day for a initial inspection and first spray, if they find anything bad they'll be back.
