There is no requirements to list or detail type of construction in the deed but most states and local realtor associations do have disclosure requirements of material facts regarding type of construction when listing a property for sale in MLS.You should ask a local realtor and real estate attorney to be sure.

I think there's a bad habit of folks simply saying "evict, evict, evict" without really having the details of a situation, or fully understanding the painstaking process and fees which can be associated with evictions.
