Just to get this out there, this is my first post on biggerpockets and I'm still figuring everything out, so apologies in advance if my post is in the wrong place or anything like that.I am just now starting to educate myself on real estate investing and have spoken to a couple real estate professionals in CT about the value of getting my realtors license.

My apologies in advance, but I'm going to be a bit brutal with this one.

Less than 10 minutes later both parents and the 23yo daughter came over to apologize.

As I tell everyone, I'm just another hard-working small-time guy in real estate investing, but I don't apologize for sharing my views and frustrations with the unprofessional elements. 

Instead of being embarrassed and apologizing, she had the audacity to mention the other neighbor who is encroaching on their property with a dog fence (the neighbor who referred the surveyor), and said they are ok with that because that neighbor is "nice" (as if I am not a nice person and as if that has any relevance towards an argument for them taking over my property), and then asks me to remove the cones and red flags as they are not attractive.
