You’d be shocked by how little actual screening many PMC’s do!

I am actually in Southwest Virginia, close to Tennessee.  

The one aspect, that I love because I manage so many properties across three markets, Tenant Turner takes all my rental calls, qualifies them, then they set the appt as long as they pass my questionsSaves me tons of time and money

I already invested in 2 properties the traditional way (conventional loans) but am realizing that money is always going to be an issue.

I've found there are cheap all-wood flat pack cabs that are much better for similar money.

Typically we get paid our assignment at closing and the earnest money put down by the buyer is held by the title company in case a seller backs out. 

For now, when the budget is a little tighter, expanding relationships seems like the best route that doesn't cost money.
