One caveat has learned with our $400,000 raised so far with MSB.AI is SEC  allows us to take direct Accredited investors for larger amounts directly and the Start Engine is ok with this.

I did turnkey from 2010-2015 but once I became an accredited investor I went to larger MFH and syndications.Taxes are better to via cost segs.
