One caveat has learned with our $400,000 raised so far with MSB.AI is SEC allows us to take direct Accredited investors for larger amounts directly and the Start Engine is ok with this.

We have looked into homes nearby hospitals and universities, we thought that our target could be nurses or students ( i am not sure with college being virtual, if this will be a problem).

I have heard of another investor renting the rooms (he didn't live there) to college students and he would charge just under what the university charged so he was having the rooms rent for $600/room.

I did turnkey from 2010-2015 but once I became an accredited investor I went to larger MFH and syndications.Taxes are better to via cost segs.
