Hello to all,I am new to this forum, but have been watching the youtube videos and following REIA for quite some time now, just never pulled the trigger...which brings me here.  

I will be using a property manager but I hear that I need to watch them in case they dont to things correctly?

Renovation takes time, hurts occupancy, and if certain things (like kitchen cabinets) are in the middle of their life there's no need to look a gift horse in the mouth. 

I mean these are deep rooted squatters in the community , they have weekend Cookouts and Neighborhood watch meetings and the whole 9 yards. ( Well maybe not the community watch meetings, But definitely cookouts. he Burgers were Delicious.)

I was wondering if anyone here had been through the process and could tell me the things to watch out for.
