That house is a quick sell for 130k and I've got 100k in it so I think I've did pretty good on that one.I'm so thankful to have found these forums and after reading them for several days, I must say that some of the forum regulars are amazing resources and I thank you all for the willingness to share your hard earned knowledge.I realize that I'm new to this and I have a ton to learn, but I know a lot of that education is going to come from these forums.

It is a great place for you to educate yourself on potential good and bad deals.That should get you started.

The other good draw with this place is proximity to public transport (rail).

I have spent around 16,000 on diferrent education and read lots of books only to read in the guru sections I was probably taken and wasted some reading time.

I'm new here too and just starting my education in REI.

So I have been reading the site for a while now and educating myself.

that fits my personality and style, not to mention I am great at self education and actually prefer it more generalized learning via college.

Education wise I have a B.Comm and an MBA in Hospitality& Finance .

What helps to make the deal sweet is the Public Service Electric Power Plant is in this town and they do a huge amount of contract work and need housing.

Or do I educate myself thoroughly over the next year and look for long-term investment property?
