If you utilize this strategy, the length of the HELOC's draw period should normally not matter (except as described in my next paragraph) as you will be paying it off after each cash out refinance (assuming you are able to get all of your money back out of the deal!)

Hello BiggerPockets Community,So this is my second beginner post :) The last time I posted an introduction of myself I received some wise words and warm welcomes, which were very much appreciated.

This particular section seems straight forward; however, if one reads the following paragraphs it gets complicated real quick and in a hurry! 

Get a list of Lease issues and Lessons Learned per each property and write up bullet points/paragraphs regarding how you handled and how to cover yourself in the future.  

Would appreciate an introduction. 

The way you described it in your third paragraph is a great option but you are still using the HELOC as part of the equation. 

I have great organization, can clean, yardwork your vacant properties, write yellow letters, stuff envelopes, post ads, whatever you need.Thank you for taking the time to read my introduction!!
