If it was a property on its own account you could just turn the account over to them.We had a client just sell their property and the new owner elected to stay on our management, so that was easy as we essentially just changed our internal account to new owner and changed payment info, etc.

It will help avoid and control internal disputes between you and your partner.

I've also been looking at international investment properties in SE Asia and would love to talk with anyone who has any type of experience with this.

The home is on a double lot (.41 acres) near Miami international airport in the only part of Miami that feels like a small town.I am leaning towards taking out a Heloc for a down payment on a duplex OR heloc, rehab the bathrooms and upgrade to hurricane-proof windows and then do a cash-out refi and use that as a down payment for a duplex. 

She said the international money will be back over seas soon as Miami gets hot, humid and sticky and the deals will be easier to find.
