Thank you for the reply, just got back this morning from the house and the contractor says that the man he uses is very good and since the unit can be placed at one end on the house (not the back as usual) that will mean only one main run of ducts will be needed down the middle of the house and not the T-shape that is usually done from back of house to the middle, then down the middle.
