Last year was a slow year for airbnb and I was considering switching it back to LTR but this year has been high occupancy and bringing in $3000s in summer and $2000s in fall/winter, huge jump. 

Or what if you personally found home you want to buy without a real estate agent...is it recommend to engage an agent?

Hey @Jose Almonte - good question, I recommend reading a few real estate books (you only really need to read just 1 basic RE book). 

Often, management is on site and many condos are kept in the rental pool.
