I looked up the corporation (seems to be listed as a "Ohio Foreign Corporation") that bought it and they bought a few other properties around the city (not close by) at WAY over market value (like 300%) as well.Is this a green flag?

I know that the large corporation Wedgewood was there to receive the leads as well, so they will buy what they can, but they do have restrictions and maybe something falls through, or possible we get lucky and close first.At the moment it's tough to close myself, so yes I am looking to wholesale, however I am calling and reaching out to my network as well as places online.
