Getting Started in Multifamily

Hi! My name is Jaylen and I decided to get started with residential and commercial multifamily. What are some things to look at first to decide whether something is a deal or not, instead of spending excess time on it? Would it be a good idea to look at those factors at a different angle using something like creative financing to turn the numbers in your favor?

1. The Best Ever Syndication book by Joe Fairless

2. ABCs of real estate investing

3. The hands-off investor

These were great reads for my partners and I when we first started out- you could also check out different podcasts- The multifamily takeoff podcast, Michael Blank's podcast, The multifamily wealth podcast, etc. There are so many!!

Wish you the best!
