I'm in the midst of getting offered a teaching job for next year and once I have an offer I'll be looking in that market (SA, Dallas or Houston) for a MFH to house hack... but it's been difficult to find a MFH that's move in ready and will pass VA so imortgage may definitely be something I need to look at.
