Dallas area builder: container or modular homes

Can anyone recommend a container home builder or modular home builder in the Dallas-Fort Worth area? I'm looking to develop low-income SFRs in south Dallas, so someone with experience with low-cost homes is a must. Thanks!

Jason:

My wife and I have been interested in container homes for quite some time.  Our son built his home out of 2 containers with a span between them from regular building materials.  While he did save some money, there are as many challenges to building using containers as there are benefits.  I keep seeing over and over where you can build a "stick house" just as cheap (or cheaper) than one from container homes.  Many of the Tradesmen (plumbers, electricians, etc. are not used to building with containers and end results are sometimes not what you might envision.
