Their customer service is awesome and they have a ton of finish products.

Cabinets on the floor level are shot.Range / Oven does not work.Kitchen floor / sub-floor needs replaced.Half bath needs wallpaper removed and a new exhaust fanFull bath needs wallpaper removed and a new exhaust fan.

Do your own due diligence, but I have been impressed with their customer service and responsiveness.

I am in the process of rehabbing a 1860 square foot, 4 bed/2 1/2 bath and will be changing out all the cabinets which give me the flexibility of installing a free standing range, or a drop in range, or separate cook top with built in wall oven.

I am also aware of the red tape and bureaucracies that big banks put in place to protect themselves that are cumbersome on people like me and my customers, who don't fit the mold of the "typical" buyer.

I probably spend less time making decisions on big ticket items like roofs, kitchen cabinets or flooring vs bathroom fans!

The homes are custom built, so there is a combination of vacant lots and custom built homes.

No offense intended, but your question has been answered many times before, but I'll contribute again....Contracts are unique to your area and need to comply with local custom, so get ther reviewed by a quaified person, which is not a guru.Addendums may be written on the spot and added to a base contract, but you need some contract knowledge to write any part of a contract, especially when you modify the basic contract.
