Contracts
I downloaded several contracts form experience wholesalers, and I was wondering if it is wise to use these contracts as is or seek guidance from an attorney, or just have the attorney write up different contracts for me. I am ready to start my property search, but I want to be confident that I have solid contract with good contingencies in case the deal goes south. I welcome all advice and comments.
