This past week, I feel like I spent more time on the real estate than the restaurants (city inspections, building permits, managing a construction crew, late rent from tenants, etc. etc. etc). 

In my opinion, this is much more effective than texting, which often feels like a constant game of cat and mouse with phone carriers.

I'm new to the website.

This will clarify and reinforce what you are reading.

Also, this is a 2nd position note we're trying to sell, so we'd be open to any suggestions for that type since it's our first one.

We don't get many natural disasters of this caliber so I'm not sure what to expect for the future.
