Leave it to property management for a while until I am tired of the Bay area and move there.Could someone please help me with some answers and suggestions?

If I had a full loan app & credit package in-hand and knew (based on actual paperwork, not based on verbal statements) that someone wasn't a tire-kicker (a solid majority of the people that reach out to a lender/agent are in fact tire kickers & time wasters), I'd probably be able to get consent from some past clients to use them as references, but I wouldn't go bugging these folks for someone that hadn't sent in paperwork/applied. 

To me being financially free means  to be able to quit my job, which I am really, really, really tired of...Once I quit my job I probably will need about 6K per month for my expenses from the cash flow...How to achieve that the quietest way and the way that produces the lowest risk?

If there aren't any videos being made of that process then try to find news articles or public information about them on the City and/or County's official site.There's also something to be said for simple Google and/or Google Maps searches, such as "newest Dollar General in Greenville, SC" or "best discount used tires in Greenville, SC" because, chances are, the Dollar General corporation (and the like) is not going to put up a new store in what they believe is an up-and-coming area.On the flip side, try to scope out when and where big players are making moves.

Find the right tool.If you are tired of knocking on doors to collect rent each month, find a way for tenants to pay directly into your account.

At that point, I was so tired, I approved the reduction in price and gave the buyer a big smile.

If you're lucky the owner will either get tired of the city citing him/costing him money and fix it or he'll be more inclined to sell it at a more reasonable price.

For anyone looking to file suit, you should know that the address he and several other individuals use as their company's registered place of business at 2926 Salena St. is gated and the people that you hire to serve the lawsuits ("process servers") cannot get to front door of the buildings to actually serve the lawsuit (perfecting/effecuating service) - so many people give up when the process server is repeatedly unable to serve them with the suit and they get tired of paying the court to reissue the paper work and paying the process server. 

I got tired of seeing substantial sums of money making diddly squat in interest.
