Since I don't personally invest in South Jersey I can't really recommend anyone specifically but if you reach out to @Tom Dagney or check out the vendors on the SJREIA website you will see a few title companies who would likely be familiar with doing this since they work with other investors in South Jersey.

Also, definitely stay away from websites zillow and Icomps for comps- those sites can be up to 70% off on their numbers.Now I don't know the specifics of your deal like beds/baths, lot size, etc, but looking at comps within a .1 of the area, I would guess you'd be in the upper 300k range.

And @Bjorn Ahlblad brings up a great point about sellers (and even more so, brokers) tending to overstate by a grade or so.But now things are even more complicated in that using Lennon's grading scale a class B property could be built in 2002.
