Through your years of investing what was the biggest mistake you made that you would pass on to a Beginner at Wholesaling?

Some agents buy into the idea quickly and I've also been able to create some relationships with photographers to add narrations as an optional add-on to their service, which is also great. 

Since I am older I don't want to waste time making mistakes and would rather hear from veterans who willing to help in making best decisions.

All in all, you did make great points but we as wholesalers can't cater to "veteran" buyers needs and sometimes we mail out to as many people as possible who will pay 90% in this market and the veteran's are just going to have to wait until another crash.

Through being a veteran I can use the GI Bill or equivalent for housing expenses up to $1400 a month.
