I don't know what that means in terms of jobs, but I have heard that Atlanta has quite the traffic issue. 

Have you looked to see how much traffic is currently on Air BNB?

HACC's midtown campus is right there, the Broad street market is brining in a lot of foot traffic again, new restaurants and shops popping up all over the place. 

It's right in the path of foot traffic and people apparently rub up against it.What can I do to close off this end so it looks decent but doesn't keep breaking?

Also, being a bit away from the highway also helps cut down on the traffic (volume / noise).I totally agree about the security.

Is a unit right next to the entrance of the strip mall more desirable than a similar unit nestled in the back but next to the anchor tenant that draws heavy foot traffic?

I got 3 calls back. of that 3 I got 2 calls that were of any importance. 1 was from a lady that is out of her mind, but I'll call her later, because the house is just sitting there, in the middle of a neighborhood that has nearly no passing traffic.

Now the asset manager is hoping there will be more traffic (and more offers) over the weekend.
