Everything points to your site and from there it points out everywhere online (Social media, blogs  etc. etc.. ) and from everywhere online pointing back to your websites and other blogs and social media.Too many investors see a website as just a box to be checked on your checklist..

I suspect they target high volume operators.. 

You develop a marketing plan, funnel, define target channels, etc. 

Might be a good group to target for rentals.

Both me and you looks to have the same plan for 2021, targeting the same price range, same type of property, same strategy etc etc.
