Single, duplex/ suited, tripled, and most all 4 plex = how nice are the taps and what are the bedroom sizes and 9 minutes later the overpaid undereducated no trades background appraiser can’t remember if the basement was finished or not and tells you a number.

Hey BP Fam,So I got an offer accepted finally on my 1st investment property (I do have an in-law suite via house hacking that just rented Sept 2020 on 1 yr lease).

So:The idea is to buy a ~5000sqft standalone building, renovate it some, and start renting out executive suites.  

Buy a standalone building for 1-2M, renovate a bit and then short term lease individual offices or executive suites.  

These are all questions I have the investors I work with answer in order to better direct them to projects that suit their goals.

It was cool to see him purchase the Lakepointe Center, a 24 office suite, 11,000sf complex, near my house for $746,000.

I don’t think the business suite degrees pay.

Property is zoned as 4 but they owner occupy the renovated attic suite which has 4 bedrooms , 2 baths and 2 large common rooms. 

We have been looking for a duplex or a house with a mother-in-law suite for a house hack.
