obviously 150 doors on conventional loans for each would murder you so I assume that is the case and the 8 doors listed are just examples. at 150 doors you need to start talking to fund managers or heavy hitters in the multifamily space.

During that time they supposedly found a leak which was beyond the scope of the maintenance and i had to pay a plumber to come in saturday morning while the guests were there. thats on top of the "deep clean" which cost $300 and was somehow done in a couple of hours.

Or will hiring a PM and reno team be a more realistic avenue for you (especially if you are looking for an area outside of where you are where the RE market may be hotter)After you find the answers to theses questions, I'd hunt down a great agent in your desired area and start searching!
