I think you need to know who your investors are.

I think lowering the price to get at least your first booking and a review would help a lot.

Which is really the goal, I think.  

Also, love to work out as much as I can in things like running, bicycle, jumping rope, and lifting weights-no ripped or jacked by any means-but thinking in the long term benefit (like in real estate).

We personally won't look at a deal where we don't think we won't make at least $50,000 after all expenses and closing... and truthfully we are usually wanting closer to $100,000 or more.  

Far too many get stuck in the "paralysis by analysis" stage, thinking they just don't know enough to get started.

But regardless of section 8 or not, I think there are a few things that cater to long-term tenants:1.
