Brian, there are renditions of CFBP rulings, articles written and interpretations all over the internet.The only information investors should be studying would be the Act itself and those past a current rulings along with publications, nothing else.Those who have never had formal legal training will find much of the official information to be a difficult read due to many of the references given as they will need to look up those references and be able to interpret the applicability of related rulings and law.

my life is really all the motivation I need :) remembering that I can continue my work from a street cafe', a public park, an airport terminal or my living room, that my wife is my business partner, that we can both take any time we wan to have a date, some time off, a three week holiday etc - and that the strictest schedule in our lives is our son's school hours - plus the fact that we're both (almost) always there before he goes and when he comes back - that's what keeps me going at all times (as well as the more professional aspects of taking pride in my work, receiving praise and recognition from my peers, being able to help others achieve their dreams, the thrill of the challenges and overcoming them, etc etc)

Sam ... that's why we work with a realtor ... not only does he only bring us properties that meet our criteria, but we frequently get the info before the listing gets published (to the public) on MLS.
