She produced a list of hundreds of items that we alledgedly "stole", and our private investigator found most of the items in the storage units during discovery (the rest of the items didn't exist)--the whole suit is BS but this woman is a serial plaintiff and hired a lawyer who has a a pending license suspension to represent her (birds of a feather...).

The deal warrants more investigation and you may have a way to work through it.

Yes, most title companies will perform a search & hold or similar preliminary report for free or low cost.Lastly if a home is occupied and you win the auction, how do you get the current people living in it out?

2)Yes, not only is visiting the property a healthy exercise, but also getting some preliminary information, good wide shot high res photos,perhaps a small video of the property, a copy of the scope of work, any permits or permit inspections.

If you talk to Google about it, they'll be able to investigate further and in some cases I've heard of businesses having their money refunded for that campaign since it was bad traffic. 

Can perform preliminary inspection to determine hidden costs such as foundation issues, termite damage, HVAC issues etc.- can complete jobs quickly and on schedule.

I briefly looked into the 401K real estate investing, but will investigate more of the details.

The company may pay the ER & Doctor bills with out determining if the insured was at fault because they may determine it will cost less to pay it than investigate/fight it.I hope that helps.
